A growth planning strategy could certainly help, but in some cases, sitting down and spitting out idea after idea can get overwhelming. And you might even lose the really good ideas in the process because you aren’t focused.
A simple way to get you and your business on the correct path is to imagine where you’d like your business to be at the end of 2016. What goals would you like to have accomplished? What attainable changes and growth would you like to happen between now and then?
Once you have your vision, simply write down what is the first thing you can do in order to get yourself one step closer to your vision coming to fruition.
